Connecting communities with their watersheds through integrated strategies for a healthy, resilient future.

Our Vision & Approach

We envision thriving communities participating as stewards of resilient ecosystems, creating solutions that model best practices to reach optimum watershed health for future generations.

Watershed Progressive is a consulting and design-build collaborative, focused on bringing appropriate water management to our clients through a regenerative, whole systems approach. Through collaborative projects, we integrate onsite water capture (with tools like greywater reuse, rainwater harvesting, and stormwater management) with watershed-level planning and monitoring to conserve water, sequester carbon and create beautiful, ecologically sustainable landscapes.

Our work is rooted in technical knowledge, holistic design, and co-creating with communities and natural landscapes. Our team of Environmental Scientists, Ecologists, Engineers, Planners, Landscape Architects, Designers, Artists, and Construction Advisors works together to help build and enhance thriving communities.

What We Do

planning + design

We are a full service design-build collaborative, executing projects from concept through construction. We work across scales, from residential to public and commercial projects to create demonstration landscapes of lasting significance that will serve generations to come.

Installation, Tech analysis + monitoring

Our diverse team specializes in onsite water reuse systems design, including rainwater harvesting, greywater reuse, and stormwater best management practices. We provide direct installation, construction guidance, and take projects through permitting, implementation, maintenance and monitoring.

outreach + education

We create design guides, toolkits, and graphics for projects, organizations, and communities that make the technical work accessible, and provide the information and resources for communities to build climate resilience on their own terms. Our team works with students, educators, community organizations, and translators.
